The themes in this piece are a lot more bold and obvious than the majority of my work, but they generally stay in the realm of identity and expression. In this case we add some ‘lewd’ images that may shock the viewer as they identify themselves with the abstract fruit people among the canvas.
Speaking more technically, I integrated space into this piece like I haven’t before, with subjects appearing throughout the background, middle, and foreground.
